So this year I tried growing things for the first time. We picked up a little Craig’s Little Kicker pepper plant at a local co-op on sale.
They tolerate cold pretty well, and have a similar heat to Scotch Bonnets. They grew really well over the Summer, and produced a bunch of peppers in the Fall. I tried eating them first, but figured out quick they were too hot for that. So Judi found me a recipe. I made a batch that turned out pretty good, and started a second batch. So I’m putting it on here to hold on to it for later.
